1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the RoyalPlayBox website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and our Community Guidelines. All of these documents form a binding agreement between you and RoyalPlayBox.

RoyalPlayBox provides browser-based card games and social features purely for entertainment purposes. The Platform does not constitute gambling under any applicable law because:

• No real money or money's worth is required to play or access any feature.
• No real money, prizes, goods, or services of any monetary value can be won.
• Virtual coins are provided free of charge and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or transferred.
• The outcome of games has no financial consequence for any player.

Users who access the Platform with the mistaken belief that real financial rewards are available are reminded clearly and prominently that this is not the case.

4 Virtual Currency

RoyalPlayBox uses a virtual coin system as an in-game mechanic to facilitate gameplay and competitive features. The following terms apply to virtual coins without exception:

• Virtual coins have no monetary value whatsoever and cannot be redeemed for cash, gifts, or any item of value.
• Virtual coins are non-transferable between users or devices.
• Virtual coins cannot be purchased, sold, or traded in exchange for real money or any other consideration.
• Virtual coins are provided freely as part of the Platform experience; users begin with a complimentary balance.
• RoyalPlayBox may adjust, reset, or modify virtual coin balances at any time without notice or obligation to users.
• Upon any termination of access to the Platform, virtual coins are forfeited with no recourse or compensation.

Any third-party claiming to sell, buy, or exchange RoyalPlayBox virtual coins is acting without authorisation. RoyalPlayBox accepts no responsibility for interactions with such parties.

5 User Conduct

By using RoyalPlayBox, you agree to comply with our Community Guidelines at all times. In addition to those guidelines, you specifically agree not to:

• Use any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by RoyalPlayBox.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity on the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of a third party without prior written consent from RoyalPlayBox.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Platform.

RoyalPlayBox reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove access for any user who violates these Terms, without notice and without liability.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the RoyalPlayBox Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, game logic, user interface elements, visual design, logos, and artwork, is the exclusive property of RoyalPlayBox or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission.

7 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RoyalPlayBox does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoyalPlayBox and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of virtual coins, game progress, or data resulting from technical issues, browser clearing, or Platform maintenance.
• Any conduct or content of other users on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your stored data.

Because no real money is involved, the maximum liability of RoyalPlayBox to any user for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the Platform is nil.

8 Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. RoyalPlayBox collects minimal data — game progress is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to external servers.
